•       Term: 6-18 months
•       Origination Points: as low as 0.5% for six months, 1% for 12 months, 1.5% for 18-months, no cap on your points
•       Max LTC: 85%
•       Max ARLTV: 75% - (After Repair Loan to Value)
•       Personal Guaranty from all 20% owners
•       Legal entity required

Rental – 2 Year Term: Minimum Loan of $85,000
